Woodturning a Crazy Looking Salt Cellar

In this video I “turned”my last Banksia pod into a one-of-a-kind salt cellar. These seed pods possess such incredibly unique aesthetics, making this a rare piece I crafted for my own kitchen. I'm looking forward to using it when season my steaks. The exterior has a strong Clean Armor 700 UV finish, while the interior is treated with raw linseed oil and beeswax. This was a fun and quick project, especially as I gear up to begin work on my largest piece yet. I hope you enjoy watching the process!
