To meet Mama Uganda, the most fertile woman in the world, we traveled 50 km north of the Ugandan capital, Kampala. Mariam Nabatanzi, known as Mama Uganda, gave birth to 44 children in total. She delivered twins 4 times, triplets 5 times, quadruplets 5 times and finally one child once. And she was only 36 years old when she bred her last child.
