This week marks my 8th year as a Buddhist monk. As I look back on this journey, I wanted to share a few reflections and lessons that have continued to shape my path and practice. In this video, I’ll share six key lessons I’ve learned over the past year: 1. Have a Strong Foundation — Everything meaningful begins with a solid base. 2. Get Clarity — See where you are and where you’re heading with honesty. 3. Study Yourself — Self-awareness is the start of wisdom. 4. Recollect Merit — Remembering your good deeds nourishes the heart. 5. Do Good Deeds — Action is the practice of compassion. 6. Meditation — The anchor that brings everything together.
