⬇️⬇️English recipe follows ⬇️⬇️ 蕃茄炒蛋： 材料： 蕃茄（細）5個 雞蛋5隻 蔥1條 調味料： 茄汁 糖 處理： 1. 蕃茄搣去椗，清水洗淨。 2. 蕃茄1個開8份，切細粒。 3. 蔥切粒。 4. 預備生粉芡。 烹調： 1. 放1湯匙油落鑊，用中火燒熱。 2. 放蕃茄落鑊爆香。 3. 加入250毫升清水。 4. 加入茄汁及1茶匙糖煮3分鐘。 5. 加入生粉芡，收汁就可以了。 6. 煮好後，放蕃茄落碗。 7. 打好雞蛋。 8. 用中火燒熱1湯匙油。 9. 轉中慢火，倒蛋漿落鑊。 10. 放蕃茄。 11. 將雞蛋四面推。 12. 反轉蛋餅，上碟。 13. 放幾粒蔥粒，完成。 番茄炒蛋🍅 Scrambled eggs with tomatoes:⚪ Ingredients: Tomatoes (small) 5 Nos. Eggs 5 Nos. Green onion 1 No. Seasonings: Tomatoe ketchup Sugar Preparation: 1. Tomatoes, remove anchors. Rinse thoroughly. 2. Divide a tomato into 8 shares. Dice in small cubes. 3. Dice green onion. 4. Prepare tapioca sauce. Steps: 1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at high flame in wok. 2. Fry tomatoes for 1 minute. 3. Add 250ml water. 4. Add ketchup and 1 tsp sugar, cook for 3 minutes. 5. Add tapioca sauce, stir until sauce becomes thick. 6. Cook well tomatoes and put it in a bowl. 7. Beat eggs well. 8. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at medium flame in wok. 9. Turn to medium~low flame, Pour egg syrup into wok. 10. Put tomatoes 11. Push egg syrup to centre of wok. 12. Flip over egg pie, put on plate. 13. Put several green onion cubes on top.
