＃姆士流【油香蒸魚】Tips 材料：鱸魚1尾、蔥2根、薑片5片、香菜1株、紅辣椒1根、豬板油1片(長10CM寬8CM)、醬油、糖、米酒 1. 用廚房紙巾把魚內部的血漬擦拭乾淨 2. 盤底撒鹽備用 3. 魚身雙面切花刀後放在撒鹽的盤上，再補撒魚身和魚腹的鹽巴，靜置約5分鐘 4. 調醬：蠔油1匙、醬油1.5匙、米酒2匙、糖1/3匙、香油、白胡椒些許，備用 5. 準備一個大碗，把整根蔥、薑、鹽、米酒，在碗裡捏出蔥液和薑液 6. 再次用廚房紙巾把魚擦拭乾淨 7. 把魚放進大碗裡，讓魚身充份浸泡塗抹米酒和蔥薑液 8. 在盤上放筷子蒸魚；魚身鋪上蔥薑，淋上預備醬汁和豬板油片 9. 進蒸鍋，約八分鐘即可完成
