It’s a hearty meal that tastes good, and is very filling. After some time in the oven, the melted cheese bubbles in the middle and crusts over around the edges, covering layers of ground beef (which are swimming in Italian herbs and tomato paste), while layers of leaflike noodles add chewy texture and help the lasagna to stand up straight on your plate.
