泰國呢間好人氣嘅冬甩店上個月喺上環開咗全球第一間海外分店，冬甩每日喺店內鮮製，賣相靚款式多口味仲幾特別，登陸香港無耐已喺網上狂洗版。趁住嚟自泰國嘅創辦人之一Oat早前嚟香港店巡視，我哋同佢傾咗幾句，順便入埋廚房睇睇咁吸引嘅冬甩係點樣製成嘅。 Oat話Drop by Dough喺2019年疫情期間開業，而家喺曼谷已經有三間分店同一個更年輕化嘅姊妹品牌Donut Disturb，佢同另一位創辦人本來做開branding，佢哋都好鍾意食冬甩，去親唔同國家都會食，所以之後諗住一齊創業果時都順理成章開間 冬甩店，無做餐飲經驗嘅佢哋開業前仲特別請咗個廚師教佢哋做冬甩，慢慢發展出自己嘅食譜，6年間設計咗超過100款口味。 香港店嘅冬甩每日喺店內鮮製，Oat話佢哋選用無反式脂肪嘅米糠油去炸冬甩，亦都有因應香港市場調整咗甜度。香港店供應超過10款口味，每個$38-$48，款式幾特別，好似煙肉車打芝士味同鹹蛋黃吉士味就甜中帶少少鹹，前者入面係車打芝士吉士，外面就係煙肉脆脆；而Mango Kati味靈感係嚟自芒果糯米飯，用「冬甩」呢個澱粉質去代替「糯米飯」，上面再淋上椰漿、烤椰子片、同新鮮芒果肉，Rasberry Rose就用咗自家煮嘅玫瑰 紅莓果醬、新鮮吉士做內餡，大部份除咗coloful嘅topping冬甩入面都唧滿餡料。Oat仲因為留意到香港近年開心果味好受歡迎，而推出咗香港限定嘅開心果味，入面係混入咗純開心果醬嘅開心果吉士，外面就淋咗開心果朱古力同灑咗開心果碎，冬甩食落鬆軟唔死甜。 見泰國店不時都會推出新口味，甚至有出現冬甩Burger，Oat話香港店都會不時推出節日/季節限定版，好似Banana &Caramel同Sweet Corn咁，每次嚟都有新鮮感。 Drop by Dough 地址：上環德輔道中239號地舖 #港食記 #kongfood #香港美食 #香港 #上環美食 #上環 #DropbyDough #過江龍 #doughnut #冬甩 #thaifood #thailand #bangkok 更多食物製作影片 https://youtu.be/fXE0-2kvP78 https://youtu.be/_m1mxPcHHds https://youtu.be/9OitXWdR62w https://youtu.be/aHMRu_LHn70 https://youtu.be/Ehx3-MFEfSo 想知更多食物製作過程，即刻Follow《港食記》 →YouTube: bit.ly/3IDgSbO →Instagram : bit.ly/3Tyd3uE
