Ting Yu: 我平日里炒面，料，菜与面都分别炒，最后才在锅里捞均匀 5. Jessie Jin: 順序錯誤，應該先下油，煎蝦，八分熟，取出，肉絲要乾，下去炒，才會香，然後才下蒜頭，太早下會黑掉⋯你炒的時間過久，青菜都不爽脆了 6. Rachel Chang: 我妈妈教我的做法也是这样 先煮料汁 最后放面，不过我是喜欢吃偏硬刚好熟的面，我把水煮滚后就熄火放面能搅开了就快速拿起来冲冷水 7. Should take them out and set aside - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 24/3/2020 行动管制第7天，开冰箱，关冰箱，吃东西，看电话，然后又开冰箱，关冰箱，吃东西，看电话... 日子过得好慢啊！先吃碗面，透透气，再来开冰箱，关冰箱，吃东西，看电话... ⚠️ 齐齐抗疫 ⚠️ 勤洗手 ⚠️ dudukrumah 份量：2 - 3人份 准备时间：10分钟 煮时：15分钟 材料： 4块 唯一面 3粒 鸡蛋 30克/20粒 虾仁（去壳留尾） 100克 瘦肉片 5辨 蒜头 （去衣剁末） 250克/1把 菜心（切小段） 1汤匙 酱油 1茶匙 黑酱油 1茶匙 蚝油 1茶匙 盐 半碗（吃饭碗）水 3汤匙 油 准备功夫： 1. 烧热一锅水*（21/7/2021 更新：加入少许油才烫面，面就不会粘在一起了）， 加入唯一面，煮2分钟半，沥水待用 煮法： 1. 烧热锅，下1汤匙油待热，加入蛋，煎熟炒碎，上碟待用 2. 同样的锅，下2汤匙油待热 3. 加入蒜，爆香 4. 下瘦肉片，炒至变色/熟 5. 加入虾仁，炒至变色/熟 6. 下水，酱油，黑酱油，蚝油和盐，待滚，炒匀调味 7. 加入菜心和唯一面，炒匀收水 8. 加入已炒熟的鸡蛋，炒匀 9. 熄火，上碟 小提示： 1. 水煮唯一面时间不能太久，大该2-3分钟就好了。水煮过久的话，面的口感会欠佳变糊 2. 喜欢吃较干身的唯一面，须自行减少水份 What is your daily routine like these days? How about cooking something simple like this fried instant noodles for your family? Portion: 2-3 pax Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Ingredients: 4 pc vit’s instant noodles 3 pc egg 30 g prawn (remove shells) 100 g lean pork 5 cloves garlic (peel off the skin, mince it) 250 g choy sum (cut it) 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 1 tsp oyster sauce 1 tsp salt ½ bowl water 3 tbsp cooking oil Preparations: 1. Heat the wok with water, add vit’s instant noodles and cook for 2.5 minutes, retrieve, rinse and set a side Steps: 1. Heat the wok with 1 tbsp oil, add egg, fry and scramble, retrieve and set aside 2. Continue using the same wok, add 2 tbsp oil and heat 3. Add garlic and saute 4. Add lean pork, fry until it is cooked 5. Add prawn, fry until it is cooked 6. Add water, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt, fry evenly and season 7. Add choy sum and vit’s instant noodle, fry evenly until the water starts drying up 8. Add fried egg, fry evenly 9. Turn off the gas, it’s done! Notes: 1. Don’t boil the vit’s instant noodles for too long otherwise the texture will not be the best when it softens, it will be just nice with 2-3 minutes 2.
