⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 紅燒鮑魚 材料： 乾鮑魚（細）半斤 薑絲適量 蒸架 高速煲 處理： 1. 鮑魚，清水浸5分鐘。 2. 鮑魚，清水洗乾淨，重覆洗2、3次至完全乾淨，擎乾水。 3. 放一個蒸架，鮑魚放上面，鋪薑絲上面，撈勻。 烹調： 1. 大火煲滾一鑊水。 2. 鮑魚，放鑊內，大火蒸20分鐘。 3. 取出鮑魚，清水浸，取出，擎乾水。 4. 預備一個乾淨的玻璃盤，放入鮑魚，加入清水至最高容量，蓋好，放入雪櫃浸24小時。 5. 取出鮑魚，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水，放高速煲內。 6. 鮑魚，加入適量鮑魚濃汁，撈勻。 7. 鮑魚，加入： a. 蠔油一湯匙 b. 老抽一湯匙 撈勻。 8. 鮑魚，用高速煲，燜40分鐘，焗30分鐘。 9. 完成，上碟，可享用。 10. 鮑魚，攤凍，可放入保鮮袋，放雪櫃冰格儲存。 Braised dried abalone Ingredients: Dried abalone (small) 0.5 catty Shredded ginger appropriate amount Steaming rack High speed cooker Preparation: 1. Soak in tap water. Take it out. Drain. 4. Get ready for a glass ware. Put the abalone in it. Add in tap water up to maximum level. Cover it up. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours. 5. Take out the abalone. Rinse thoroughly. Drain. Put in the speed cooker. 6. Abalone, add in appropriate amount of abalone marinade. Mix well. 7. Abalone add in: a. Oyster sauce 1 tbsp b. Dark soya sauce 1 tbsp Mix well. 8. Abalone, braise for 40 minutes in high speed cooker. Leave it for 30 minutes. 9. Complete. Put on plate. Serve. 10. Abalone, wait for cooling down.
