⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 電飯煲糖醋排骨 材料： 急凍豬仔骨一磅半 鎮江骨醋 處理： 1. 豬仔骨，清水解凍。 2. 豬仔骨，切開一條條。 3. 豬仔骨，加入粗鹽一湯匙，乸10分鐘，去除雪味、腥味，及加入少許鹹味。 4. 電飯煲，預先加熱。 5. 預備調味料： a. 鎮江醋50毫升 b. 冰糖一大粒 c. 生抽一湯匙 d. 老抽一湯匙 e. 胡椒粉適量 6. 豬仔骨，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水。 7. 豬仔骨，廚紙索乾，放碗內。 8. 預備電飯煲。 烹調： 1. 在電飯煲內煮熱油一湯匙。 2. 豬仔骨，加入生粉一湯匙，撈勻，揸一揸緊，放入電飯煲內煎香，大約煎4分鐘。 3. 豬仔骨，一面已煎至金黃色，煎至四面呈金黃色，全程大約需時12分鐘，夾上碟。 4. 倒起煲內的油。 5. 豬仔骨，放回電飯煲內。 6. 豬仔骨，加入調味料： a. 生抽半湯匙 b. 老抽一茶匙 c. 胡椒粉適量 撈勻，加入冰糖一大粒，冚蓋，煮15分鐘，如用舊式電飯煲，燜2轉，燜至收汁。 7. 豬仔骨已煮熟，排好在碟上。 8. 完成，可享用。 Sweet and sour baby pork ribs with rice cooker Ingredients: Frozen baby pork ribs 1.5 lb Zhenjiang vinegar Preparation: 1. The pork, one side has been fried into golden yellow, fry the 4 sides into the colour of golden yellow. The whole process will take 12 minutes' time. Put on a plate. 4.
