At the end of the video, I made my position very clear: I would continue buying gold, silver, copper, and uranium. That same evening, as soon as the U.S. stock market opened, I finished adding to my positions. Now, the pace of writing can no longer keep up with the speed of gold’s rise. Prices are rapidly approaching historic highs, and the market is filled with one question: “Gold is already this high — is it really still worth chasing?” But I want to be very clear. The real question has never been whether gold is expensive or not. The real issue is that the underlying logic of how the world operates has changed. In this episode, I will fully explain why I continue to hold and add to gold, silver, and mining assets at this level. The key lies in two catalysts that are unfolding simultaneously — and reinforcing each other: war, and a crisis of confidence in the monetary system. And gold and silver are the ultimate defensive assets that have been validated repeatedly over thousands of years. But the true long-term, structural driving force comes from Japan and the United States. Japan is now trapped in an unsolvable triangle: it must curb inflation, stabilize the yen, and at the same time carry a national debt exceeding twice its GDP. Any adjustment in interest rates risks triggering systemic instability. Once the trend of the yen begins to reverse, massive amounts of capital that previously relied on yen carry trades — flowing into U.S. technology stocks and Bitcoin — will be forced to unwind rapidly. This is precisely why I remain highly cautious toward U.S. tech stocks and cryptocurrencies in the short term.
