趙良羚，老年護理專家。1986年，趙良羚開始進入養老行業。八十年代，在多數人懷有「養老院裡無孝子」的偏見時，她先後參與創辦北京市第一社會福利院和第五社會福利院，從最初幾乎沒有客源，到很快滿房。最新籌辦的慈溪恭和苑更是要排隊進入。深耕養老行業三十餘年，趙良羚見證了養老行業的變遷。她將分享與老人打交道三十年的體驗，小到為什麼他們愛回憶，怎麼理解他們的脾氣變化，照料疲勞怎麼辦；大到我們如何做普惠型的養老。 「我整個上午就跟孩子一樣被呵護著，把你當小孩，讓人很難受。」 「真正好的養老院，不應該讓建築喧賓奪主，應該給服務留出餘地。」 「我們在座的，等你老了，也會是這樣的。老年人的這種心理變化不是自己能夠控制的，所以一定要站在老人的角度去考慮。」
