原来并没有所谓的绿茶树和红茶树，所有的茶都来自同一种茶树。 我觉得首先袋泡茶肯定不是中国茶未来的答案。中国人在和茶几千年的相处过程中，不断地去探索它风味的边界，然后才淬炼出了这么多的茶。再加上这么多样的饮茶方式，中国茶绝对不只是某些繁文缛节，它其实可以是一个非常个人化的东西。茶虽然没有办法成为这个时代很多人精神痛苦的解药，但是我觉得每一次喝茶都是一次小小的胜利，因为你是在用自己的饮茶方式，在这个要求统一的时代选择停下来。我要去喝我自己喜欢的茶，我重新和土地连接，我重新和人开始连接，而茶叶作为这个土地的原生物种，我相信它会给中国人带来更深的，更强烈的情感上的根基感，这或许会成为另一个开端的可能。
