I do a quick visit to IKEA to check out their new christmas collection, and a mini-haul when home again. I will also bake a gluten free crispy seed flatbread for our evening Hygge by the crackling stove. Just another day of our lifestyle in our 60s enjoying life. Mix all dry ingredients except the flaked salt in a bowl. Add the olive oil and stir Pour over the boiling water and stir thoroughly. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Press the batter out with your hand. Sprinkle the flaked salt Bake the seed flatbread for about 60 minutes.
