I interview Lauren “KITTENS” Abedini and we not only speak about life as a gay Iranian woman living in LA but we touch on many important matters as it related to mental health. As a lesbian woman of color, KITTENS is unapologetic about her intersectional identity. In this episode, Kittens and I discuss everything from gender in womens sport, coming out as an Iranian woman and the interplay of equal rights. Lauren ventured into the local nightlife and music scene at an early age.
