You might recognize Dr. Gardner from the popular Netflix docuseries featuring his groundbreaking identical twin study, where he explored how different diets affect our bodies. We talk about the evidence behind protein requirements, diet quality versus macronutrient ratios, and a framework for sustainable eating that prioritizes both nutrition and taste.
