We have to learn the language of light—the speed of light, how to respond to light, how it speaks from within us to the outside, not from the outside to the inside. This was the teaching of the Buddha, of Jesus, of the gurus and masters. All of them taught their students to speak light, to use the light, then incarnate the matter. They amazed their students—levitating, walking on water—but their message was: Don’t you get it? Your light commands matter. These are the laws. I want to begin this workshop by saying: you are living at a most extraordinary time. The magnitude of what makes it extraordinary is almost beyond comprehension. I’ll be sharing my way of explaining the many forces at play in your life—forces shaping you, surrounding you, moving through you. We are in the middle of something vast, and it’s not just happening around us—it’s happening within us. A different consciousness is rising. What I call a “contemporary mystical consciousness”. A very different world is emerging, and in the process, it’s removing a familiar landscape. Things are changing faster than we can comprehend. On the surface, it may all look the same—but it’s not. Everything is changing, even as it appears normal. And your inner life knows that. That inner knowing explains so much of the panic we’re seeing. The anxiety, the urgency. We know things are different, but we’re not always sure exactly where or how.  One of the threads I’ll be going into with you is how your relationship with time and space is changing. And it has been for some time. This is not your imagination. Why it’s changing—and how—is what I want to explain to you.
