Brian Gross oversees Boston Consulting Group’s operations, human resources, and business services teams in the US, Canada, and Mexico. He has risen through the ranks at BCG since joining in 2008, working with a variety of teams, including Consumer, Industrial Goods, Financial Institutions, and Health Care. Brian is an active member of BCG’s Pride Network and a leader in one of the firm’s key strategies, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. In a fireside chat discussion, Brian will discuss his career journey in consulting, how he approaches leadership as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and his thoughts on the current state and future of the consulting industry.
