In this video, I’m putting together a new 1080p gaming PC inside the Deepcool CH260 — one of my favorite compact cases for mid-range builds. I’ve already used this case before and it never disappoints: great airflow, smart internal layout, and a clean, minimalist design that looks amazing on any desk. At the heart of this build is the AMD Ryzen 5 9600X, a 6-core, 12-thread Zen 5 processor that delivers smooth gaming performance and excellent efficiency. It’s mounted on the GIGABYTE B850M GAMING X, a reliable mATX motherboard that supports PCIe 5.0, DDR5, and Wi-Fi 6E, making it future-proof and stable even under heavy workloads. Cooling is handled by the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB, a powerful dual-tower cooler that keeps temperatures in check while adding a soft ARGB glow. I’ve paired it with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme thermal paste for maximum heat transfer and stability. The graphics card — ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 5060 8GB GDDR7 OC Edition — delivers impressive 1080p and even 1440p performance, combining quiet operation with a sleek dual-fan design. The build also features 32GB of G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-5600 RAM and a Crucial E100 1TB SSD, ensuring fast load times, smooth multitasking, and plenty of storage. Power comes from the Gigabyte GP-UD750GM PG5 750W 80+ Gold PSU — compact, efficient, and fully compatible with ATX 3.0. For airflow, I’ve added Thermalright TL-C12C-S fans, which strike a great balance between cooling power and low noise. To top it off, I’ve installed the Thermalright AM5 CPU Contact Frame V2 for better CPU contact and consistent temps. Overall, this build is compact, quiet, and incredibly capable — the perfect balance between performance, style, and practicality for 1080p gaming in 2025.
