How to Add a Row Number to your Query in Microsoft Access

Getting a row number onto our query can sometimes be a challenge in Microsoft Access. Join me in this episode as I demonstrate how to make a column in your query for a row number, simulating functions in bigger databases; for example, the ROW_NUMBER() function in SQL Server. Not only that, but I'll show you how to restart that row number when the categories in your query change. This is a very important skill for data analytics and database development in general.
