Try 'Reseating' the HDD first as seen here in this video. Try the diagnostic test again. If it fails to change the scan, I would then replace the HDD. A: If you cannot access the diagnostic test, then we don't know if your Hard Drive (HDD) is healthy. We can then proceed, assuming it is. If the other steps in this video do not help, I would then try to reinstall the Operating System (OS). If the install fails, perhaps the HDD is bad. I would then replace it and install an OS to the new one.
