Ingredients ~ 4lbs Turkey Wings 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Season Salt 2 Tsp Garlic Powder 2 Tsp Onion Powder 2 Tsp Kinder's Sweet Heat Seasoning 2 Tsp Paprika 1 Tsp Pepper 1 Tsp Cajun Seasoning 1 Tsp Thyme 1 Onion, Sliced 1 Green Bell Pepper, Sliced 1 Red Bell Pepper, Sliced Cajun Injector Gravy Base: 4 Tbsp Butter 1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic 1 Tbsp Seasoning mix 2-3 Tbsp Cajun ingector 2 Cups Chicken Broth 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce Instructions ~ Clean the turkey wings in a bowl of cold water with vinegar and lime juice. Rinse thoroughly and drain well. Pat the turkey wings dry with paper towels, then place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the turkey wings with olive oil and coat evenly. Season the turkey wings generously, then inject each wing with Cajun butter injector sauce. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to marinate. In a measuring cup, combine the flour, remaining seasoning, chicken broth, Cajun injector sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Mix well and set aside. Remove the turkey wings from the refrigerator. Add the bell peppers and onions to the baking dish, then season the wings again. Pour the gravy slurry into the bottom of the baking dish (do not pour directly over the wings). Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 375°F for 2 hours, basting every 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and baste the turkey wings once more. Return the wings to the oven uncovered and bake for an additional hour, or until tender and golden brown. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes. The gravy will thicken as it rests. Serve and enjoy!
