This is a How to Photograph Squirrels guide. I capture incredible images of woodland wildlife. Woodpeckers, squirrels and nuthatches to name a few. In brief, I've seen Paul's pictures from his hides and they were so impressive I contacted him to arrange a meetup. I'm so glad I did... A few weeks ago I met up with photographer Paul Fowlie at Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales. Paul owns hides nearby where you can photograph your typical woodland wildlife. I've purposefully played this down a bit. I expected a good day's photography but I certainly didn't expect to be blown away as much as I was... The day started off with a brief hello and handshake as they do. A few minutes drive and we arrived at Paul's hides. For now, forget about the wildlife for a second. The location is a woodland photographer's dream' what an incredible place! Then, within minutes, I was transported into a childlike state. Not only was I in an incredibly picturesque woodland location... but there were amazing animals everywhere.
