My "boring" simple life in Bali makes me so happy. No urban city living for me.

We moved to Bali, Indonesia, about one month ago. In this video we share about our slow living lifestyle here in Bali and what we stay busy with each day. Vitaly and I are both very much homebodies and we each have our own hobbies and activities that keep us busy in Bali at home and in the neighborhood. Our lifestyle may seem "boring" to many people more attuned to the faster pace and excitements that urban city living revolve around, but I very much prefer what we have now in Bali, Indonesia to urban city lifestyles. Our preferences definitely tends towards a simpler, slower life that is close to nature, and personally I definitely like a slightly more traditional, old-fashioned approach to life, with less technology involved. I left a corporate legal career across Singapore & Dubai for this life and it took me almost 10 years to make a proper transition away from my former existence to my current lifestyle, but no regrets. What we do now leaves me happy and fulfilled everyday. Some life choices can be difficult to make, and then to execute. However, I truly believe that with enough self-understanding, one should be courageous to make the right decisions for one's life and through that, find contentment and happiness.
