300.000 Wallons produisent aujourd'hui de l'électricité via leurs panneaux photovoltaïques. Une technologie victime de son succès car aujourd'hui, le réseau électrique wallon est incapable d'absorber cet afflux d'électricité verte. Résultat : les onduleurs décrochent et le rendement promis aux prosumers n'est pas atteint. Pour pallier cette situation et accueillir les productions massives en provenance des éoliennes en mer du Nord, les gestionnaires du réseau électrique vont devoir investir plusieurs milliards d'euros. Un montant colossal qui va irrémédiablement se répercuter sur la facture du consommateur. Pour Investigation, Lucie Dendooven et Arthur Gillet ont mené l'enquête pour savoir quelle sera l'ampleur des augmentations et comment adapter nos comportements de consommation.
