Ingredients: 1/2 pumpkin (about 400g / 14oz) 250g chickpeas (9oz) 1 onion 1–2 garlic cloves 5 tbsp chickpea flour 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp ground coriander Salt to taste 2 tbsp olive oil 🔥 Useful tips: ✅ If the mixture seems too liquid, add a bit more chickpea flour — it depends on the type of pumpkin ✅ If you want to make them more flavorful, add a pinch of your favorite spices (Provençal herbs or rosemary) ✅ Fry over medium heat so they brown evenly Thank you for watching my videos!
