Sweet paprika - 1 tsp. Garlic powder -2 tsp. Vegetable oil for frying. Onions - 2 large pcs. Sugar 2-3 tsp. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp. Mushrooms - 200 gr. Carrot - 1 pc. Salt and pepper. Parsley -30 gr. Ketchup - 1 tsp. Vegetable oil - 1 tsp. Soy sauce - 1 tsp. Mustard - 1 tsp. Pork loin. Wash the meat. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove moisture. Cut as shown in the video. Move the knife slowly to avoid cutting the meat. Cut off everything unnecessary. Make cuts all over the surface of the meat.
