Also, to motivate and inspire people to be better versions of themselves, every day, with Boxing. 7 National titles, a European gold medal in my 106 fights as a boxer. Co-owner of boxing fitness gyms in Los Angeles, CA called Box n Burn as well as a boxing fitness education program called The Box N Burn Academy where I teach people how to teach boxing for fitness. My main focus is my licensing company called Tony Jeffries Connect, where we give gyms a turnkey solution to add boxing classes in their facilities.
