Hogan Gidley served as principal deputy White House press secretary in the first Trump administration and in 2020 became press secretary for Donald Trump’s reelection campaign. He now serves as the vice chair for the Center for Election Integrity at the America First Policy Institute and as a consultant to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson. The following interview was conducted by the Kirk Documentary Group’s Michael Kirk for FRONTLINE on November 20, 2024. It has been edited for clarity and length.
