This channel isn't entirely sure which direction it'll be taking as it travels its way through parts of Asia with the purpose of, well, just seeing the place and hopefully talking to a few of the people who live there - we'll probably have to eat something along the way as well, I guess. Most of the content will be simply wandering around the streets of Asian countries giving you my impression of life and hopefully the thoughts of some of the locals. Today I engage in a walk and talk to address some of the aspects of Indian society I don’t understand. Things like people being very self-serving at the huge inconvenience of others, or not believing certain rules or authority is applicable to them. There’s also a phenomenon I’ve noticed where some Indian people are not interested in understanding the truth in something if it conflicts with their beliefs. I follow the main Palolem road north and stumble upon fisherman sorting their day’s catch and have a brief chat about the fishing times and what a boat and motor might cost. After my Beard Poll I decide to get a trim at a barbers before heading down to Palolem beach to take a brief walk along its shores on a very humid Sunday.
