Climbing is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world, so I set out to understand what all the hype’s about. I climbed every day for 30 days, trying various types of climbing throughout the month. I got some incredible results in the way of strength and technique gains, and also had tons of fun on the journey. I increased my pull-ups, hang time, and Calisthenics strength.
