Hurricane Conditions are becoming more likely. HAITI and DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: "Action Mode" - Please seek higher ground, if necessary, with life-threatening flooding! Please seek a different location if you are on a mountain-side that can get rockslides. Please spread the word to others about how bad this rain will be. CAYMAN ISLANDS and CUBA: "Monitor Mode" - we may need to go into Action Mode soon. Please review your hurricane plan and be ready to make preparations if necessary. This is a VERY TRICKY forecast.
