Remake It! Steve's Smash Moveset

Sometimes a character makes it into Smash and is met with universal acclaim--not often, but it happens. More often, they're met with mixed opinions over their inclusion, moveset design, or competitive viability. But none of Ultimate's newcomers have carried as much controversy as Steve. The de facto Minecraft protagonist's unconventional set of pixelated tools have proved to be more powerful than anyone expected (devs included) and VERY frustrating to play against, especially for players who aren't intricately familiar with the matchup. Add the fact that Steve's moveset has ended up very campy and non-interactive when played optimally, and it's left many fans wishing this bit of DLC had been handled differently. But what if we could actually do that?
