It might look like a lot of ingredients, but once you start, youβll see how simple it is with very little hands-on time. It gives you around 40g of protein, lots of fibre and those anti-inflammatory ingredients that really make you feel good, and itβs flexible enough to swap in whatever protein or veg youβve got at home.
