Her major was hotel and food & beverages in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Kit started her career as a recipe writer in 2006 and her talent in creating menus was soon widely recognized. In 2008, Kit Mak started her career in composing her own cookbooks to share her experience and knowledge in gastronomy. In the following year, she was invited by local TV as the judge and guest show host of a famous programme, “Beautiful Cooking”. She wrote 6 cookbooks. All have received very good response. 滷肉飯要手切才好吃|每口都好有愛|兩種秘密香料做出台式夜市風味|2 secrets make the BEST braised pork on rice like Night Market 英倫🇬🇧煮乜好-「手切滷肉飯食譜」 英國入秋後有時已經很寒冷了,誰不想捧着一個香噴噴、熱辣辣、暖笠笠、肉味香濃的滷肉飯。❤️ 滷肉飯的肉要用手切才好吃!也是古早的方法,每口都好有愛和關懷 加上兩種秘密香料,味道立即回到夜市風味,在異鄉好掛住台式野食可以跟我這樣做,頂頂癮很不錯😌! 手切滷肉飯 材料: 腩肉(已去肥) 1400克 乾蔥 4-5粒 蒜 4-5粒 薑 4-5片 水 600毫升 烚蛋 10隻 醬汁: 老抽 50毫升 生抽 50毫升 紹興酒 4-5湯匙 冰糖 60-70克 麻油 3茶匙 調味: 五香粉 3茶匙 肉桂粉 2茶匙 白糊椒粉 1茶匙 生粉 2茶匙 煙韌麥米飯: 日本米 2米杯 珍珠薏米 2米杯 水 4米杯 It is getting cold in UK now. The traditional style of Taiwanese braised pork should be be cut by hands instead of food processor so that we taste a better texture and feel the love, passion and care from every single bite.
