Prawn 300g 2. Garlic 3 cloves, diced 3. White spring onion 2 stalks, Cut 2-3cm 4. Green spring onion, diced 5. Butter 1/2tbsp Sauce 1. Sugar syrup 2tsp (1tbsp of rock sugar + 2tbsp water. Boil till sugar dissolves) 2. Oyster sauce 1tsp 3. Light soya sauce 1tbsp 4. Dark soya sauce 1tsp Method 1. Heat wok with more oil. Fry the prawn for 20-30sec. Drain and set aside 2. Fry the garlic till brown and set aside 3. Stir fry the white spring onion, then add in prawns, fried garlic and sauce (add slowly). Continue to stir fry. Add in butter and green spring onion and mix well. 4.
