I’m sharing how to make homemade chocolate truffles (chocolate bonbons) with many designs using simple baking tools and ingredients. I’m explaining all the crucial tips on each process so that you can make a jewel-like chocolate truffle box! Hope you’ll enjoy it! Do less or more as you like!) Prepare a 15cm✖️15cm square ring/mold (Or use something close to the size.) Ganache: • Dark chocolate 200 g | 7 oz • Heavy cream 120 g | 4.2 oz • Honey 20 g | 0.7 oz • Butter (soft) 30 g | 1 oz * I recommend chocolate with 50-65% cacao content. I used 64% but if you want a softer ganache, use the one with less cacao percentage. • Dark chocolate to coat the bottom go the ganache: About 30 g | 1 oz or more * Tempering it is the best but you can omit it to make it more simple. Chocolate coating • White chocolate (I used 320 g | 11.3 oz.) • Dark chocolate (I used 1 kg | 35oz. Use as much as you feel comfortable with) * I used 64% couverture chocolate. No need to pick the exact same percentage.
