With 8 out 10 salesmen quitting within their first year, and most leaving within the first few months, things have got to change. In this video I talk through the specific factors that are leading car salesmen to hang it up so quick. My good friend just recently (2 weeks ago) took a job as a car salesman as a local dealership here in town. He lasted 3 days before hanging it up, the things he witnessed and experienced were absolutely sickening, but yet -not surprising. I talk through it all in this video! Let's face it though, the whole car sales profession has never been seen as an admirable line of work. Most people have had a negative experience working with a dealership, very few people speak highly of their car buying endeavors, and that's just unfortunate. Greed runs the entire automotive industry now days, it's all about making the most amount of money possible. How can they trick you into making an impulse vehicle purchase, overpaying for said vehicle, and stuffing the sale with bogus, inflated packages and extended warranties. Buying a car, truck or SUV has become one of the most stressful things for Americans. Most Americans would rather go to the dentist than negotiate a vehicle. What are you seeing in your local area?
