What's going on with Toyota lately? The company has neutered so many of their once iconic platforms to include the Land Cruiser, Tacoma, Tundra, 4Runner and Sequoia. In this video I highlight the downfall of Toyota and showcase the types of HUGE discounts you can expect on these once very popular platforms. I hate to see Toyota spiral downward, but I have a fix for them. Offer Naturally Aspirated engines!! By placing the 4.0L V6 into the current 4th gen Tacoma and 6th gen 4Runner... and LC250 Land Cruiser, they'd sell so much better. True Toyota enthusiasts would flock back to the brand. Imagine if the current gen Tundra and Sequoia has a 5.7L V8 option? Would you buy one? Even at their current pricing? People miss reliability, simplicity and affordability. All three of which have been thrown out the window. I'm hoping Toyota North America will get their heads out of their XXX and do a serious course correction. Before it's too late that is. What will it take fore you to buy another Toyota? Toyota has ruined their off-road segment SUVs and pickups. Vehicles like the Camry, Prius, Rav4 and Corolla will continue to sell because small 4 cylinder engines make sense in those models. Hybrid engines make sense in those.
